3Book Connecting Cover Comic Book Frame
Frame Your Comics Side by Side in This Amazing Frame and They Will Look Like One Piece of Art!
Returning Early 2024!!!
Comic Books with artwork that connects across several issues is awesome! What is not awesome? Hiding these awesome works of art in a box...So here is your chance to frame them and enjoy them like the pieces of artwork that they are!
The 3Book Connecting Cover Comic Book Frame allows you to display three comics side by side with no dividers in between, allowing the artwork to show as one complete piece through the front window of the frame.
This wood frame is CNC machined for consistent accuracy and is cut from one solid piece of material! Not pieced together with glue, screws or nails like other frames, what does this mean for you?....DURABILITY!
The heavy duty Black Powder Coat finish is another characteristic that makes our frames extra special! No dry or rough edges, no chemical off-gassing from paint, just a baked on durable and beautiful high quality finish on high quality frames for your high quality comic books!
The rear load design makes positioning and aligning your comics together inside the pocket of the frame much easier*. Similar to most other frames the Connecting Cover Frames come with a clear front and a backer to hold your works of art in place inside the frame. For the front piece we use a clear acrylic(no glass to break), and a black plastic backer board. Both pieces are acid free, will not off-gas and are safe to come in contact with your comic book! If you are looking for the added protection from UV light damage check out any of our Museum Edition Comic Book Frames, they come with 99% UV Safe Museum Grade Acrylic for the ultimate protection from UV damage!
Two integrated keyhole slots routed into the back of the frame make for safe and secure hanging points from a simple screws or nails in your wall.
Overall Frame Dimensions
23"wide x 13" tall x .625" thick.
*Installation Tip- place the frame face down on a flat surface and place the clear acrylic front into the frame pocket. Then position your comic books face down on the acrylic front (be sure to have them laid out correctly first so that the artwork will be in order when you look at them from the front of the frame). Line up the comics as best as possible making sure they are nice and tight together (no gaps between them) as well as the entire group being centered in the frame pocket. When you have them where you want them, gently place the black backer over them and swivel the clips to hold the backer in place. At this point you may have to either slightly snug the screws with a screwdriver if the clips are loose and do not stay in place. Or if the clips are too tight and you cannot get the clip to slide over the backer simply loosen the screw slightly until you can get it into place (slightly retightening the screw may be necessary after this). Now you can check out your display and see how it looks but do not get frustrated if it is not perfect or if the artwork is not lining up perfectly, you will most likely have to take the backer back off the frame and do some adjusting until you are happy with the outcome!

I have psylocke a four part series and only the first is graded so this was a really nice way to showcase the comics next to them. They were a little harder to put up for me I used a nail hook instead of the sliders but otherwise I love them they feel premium and they look clear when viewing my comics on the wall I wish I could upload the pictures here. The frame itself also allowed me to put the comics up using poly bags and boards so they were acid protected as well if you have a modern size comics it should fit with a bag and board but I mean if the book isn't too value it probably looks better without it either way i like the product
item is perfect. just what i needed
Pros: -Gorgeous frame, comics fit well, hangs solidly on the wall, well built Cons: -Shipped about 10 days after ordering, Plexiglass was cracked on the edge but not visible while in the frame, Peeling the plastic off the plexiglass left behind tiny plastic chunks that took about 20 minutes to completely clean off. My cons could have been a one off, but overall the frame is really good and would recommend it for displaying something you really want to show off. My Dark Nights Metal Turner set looks amazing in it. I go back and forth on whether I'd order it again though.
Some cover art was made to be displayed. There is no better way to show off 3 connecting covers than with this frame. It's a very simple design that shows off the art and not the frame. The 3 comic books settle in perfectly to the allotted space and stay put. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
Recently purchased the 3 book connecting POD and it looks amazing! It is the proud home to the 3 J. Scott Campbell Star Wars connecting variants (Vader, Star Wars, Leia). The frame holds my books securely and the keyholes make for easy and secure hanging. A fan for life! Thanks!
