Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
We are happy to say that we do not get many returns, just about everyone loves our products! But in the event that the wrong item was ordered, the wrong item was shipped, an item was damaged during shipping or maybe you are the one person in the world who just is not happy with one of our products...we do our best to offer hassle free returns, exchanges or refunds!
Notify us by phone or email as soon as you can, have your order number ready and tell us the reason for return, replacement or refund and we will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
If you received the wrong item we will cover all shipping charges for returning the wrong item as well as shipping out the correct item.
If you received a damaged item in the packaging, we will ask for pictures of the packaging as well as the damaged frame, but don't worry we will replace your damaged item right away and usually handle the claim ourselves.
If you ordered the wrong item we will happily exchange it for the item you want however we will ask that you cover the extra shipping charges for returning the wrong item as well as the shipping for the new item. WE WILL NEVER CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE!
In any case we will require the returned item to be in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world using services such as USPS, FedEx or UPS. Note that there may be some restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days, in the event that a longer lead time may be needed we will contact you right away to explain in detail. You will get an email with tracking information as soon as the order ships.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
