All of our comic book frames for Loose, ungraded comics will now come with 2mil Mylar sleeves included. Just a little more added protection for your books while on display!
This is a one piece frame, meaning it not pieced together with glue, screws or nails like other frames, what does this mean for you?....DURABILITY!
Each frame is CNC machined for consistent accuracy and is cut from a sheet of solid black expanded PVC, a strong and rigid material with a smooth face.
The rear load design makes removal and switching your books simple and quick, similar to most other frames it comes with a clear front and a backer to hold your book in place inside the pocket of the frame. For the front pieces we use a clear acrylic(no glass to break), and black plastic backer board. We also include archival safe Mylar sleeves to help preserve and protect your priceless masterpieces while on display.
-The Standard Frame comes with three clear acrylic fronts, three black plastic backer boards and three Mylar sleeves.
-If you are looking for the added protection from UV light damage choose the Museum Edition in the dropdown, this will replace your standard acrylic fronts with 99% UV Safe Museum Grade Acrylics for the ultimate protection from UV damage!
